A book that tells the stories of all the accidents that have occurred over 43 years of the artist’s life. Each story is accompanied by a drawing of the body-part that let the artist down on each of these occasions (drawn from from ‘life’, from cadavers in UCL’s Anatomy rooms).
500 copies of the book were left in ‘Accident & Emergency’ wards across London amongst the waiting room’s old magazines and reading material. The first page of the book encouraged visitors to take the book with them, but also to register the book online and add into the online database their own stories of accidents that had led to them being in the the waiting room.
