Half Life was a commission for the exhibition Temporary Accommodation at the Whitechapel Gallery in London. Each day a drawing on a Palm-Pilot (an early digital-organiser) was made somewhere in E1 and emailed back to the Gallery. As well as being emailed out to an open list of subscribers, the drawings also progressively inhabited the gallery in a variety of forms – creating a complex, sprawling installation.
