12 Postcards from Berlin

In January and February 2006, 12 drawings were made in berlin and sent out via email with small pieces of accompanying text. As well as arriving in peoples in-boxes, the drawings also appeared as laser etched wooden panels in the exhibition Wandering Rocks at Gimpel Fils Gallery in London

Traveling clockwise around the city through its different areas, the drawings always depicted somewhere within their frame the Fernsehenturm (TV Tower) - the drawings circling the centre point of Berlin with its unseen revolving restaurant
